The laundry facility here is abysmal. But since there is no washer/dryer hook-ups in the apartment, you’re forced to use it if you’re busy and short on time. Half of the machines don’t work, and there’s no out of order signs or anything, but they’ll take your quarters anyways! Nothing like having cold damp clothes with no way to dry them in freezing cold temperatures.
My roommate and I just finished up a three month lease at Eco Square Apartments. I was very satisfied with the quality of the apartments for the price we paid for. The staff was very easy to work with. They have recently been going through a few different head managers. I think the one they have right now is great. He was just hired about two weeks before this review is put on. So anything that might be negative that you read, keep in mind that it may have had something to do with old management. The new management is run by Jacob and Harley. These two were always a great help and could answer any questions when I needed them. The maintenance guy does a good job of getting things fixed up when problems arise as well. we documented our Apartments well when we moved in, and got the entirety of our deposit back, which was nice since you usually don't get those back. The area is very safe, and I never felt threatened or in danger. It's conveniently located on Green River Road and you're never more than 5 minutes away from a grocery store or restaurant. The staff is an honest and hard-working team and the apartments are good quality for what you pay for, some of them even including new appliances. Highly recommend.
You pay for all your utilities too, so there not as cheap or appealing as they try to sell themselves to be. Unless you’re desperate for a place to live, consider every other option first!

Great place to live so far! We pay rent on time and there's no problems. Neighbors are cool. Staff at the office does their job well, maintenance is trying I guess.
Nothing but problems since moving in. The tub leaked and maintenance was only able to fix after 3 attempts, coming only when it was time for me to go to bed, as I work night shift, and making a lot of noise and leaving a huge mess. After the leak was “fixed” the water pressure in the apartment comes and goes, and the water is way too hot or way too cold. Not to mention the mold, also in the bathroom, which they just painted over, but is now bleeding through again.
The third property manager (in my 2 years there) in charge authorized the maintenance team to go into my apartment while I was out of town and threw out all of my belongings weeks before my lease was up. I was told I would be compensated for my property and hassle with the matter. That is not the case. The company is sending me to court over the matter now
