The polish is on my cuticles & uneven.
After waiting an hour for them to start....I have cuts/scabs on everyone of cuticles from her hitting them with dremel & file.
I would recommend this place to anyone
I asked for thin, natural looking acrylic nails; there thick & lumpy.
I chose to try this place because it had 5stars.... NEVER again!
Been to other nail shops, and nowhere else is more friendly or more service oriented. Splendid Nails is the best!
Terrible Job!! Absolutely terrible. I waited 15 minutes to be seen and another 10 midway through getting my nails done so the technician could wax someone's eyebrows while she should have been solely working on my nails!! I went in to have some nails fixed and I was wrongfully told I would have to get them all re filled. The nail polish and the gel itself on my nails was so uneven I had to go to another salon to fix their mistakes. My cuticles are all cut up and scabby and feel awful. They also charged me 25 dollars to fully fix one nail, put an extra coat of gel on 2, and for shellack-- which is obviously not the correct price by any means. The whole experience including their behaviour and demeanor was absolutely disgusting. I wont be returning!
Everyone is super nice and smiley. Service was quick and they were very gentle with me. I can't stand going somewhere where the people treat you like you are an inconvenience and are rude. This place is far from that! I love it here and will definitely come back!
