Spoke with Shirley the phone about my couch needing an arm upholstered. She was really sweet until she realized that it was a job that "I don't want to do". Okay... Will you sign something for my insurance saying that it'stoo much work and you'd advise against it? That way I can get it replaced. No. Why not. "Because I don't want to". I wouldn't recommend K&K for anything. I have someone else taking care of it now. Thanks for nothing K & K Upholstery.
I had a piano bench I wanted to have reupholstered, so I called this business and the lady told me she had experience with piano benches from local music stores and would be able to fix it. When I drove across town to bring it in (about 20 minutes), she saw that the wooden piece needed to be trimmed about 1/2 inch and simply said "I don't want to do it." No apologies. She just turned around and was extremely rude the entire time I was there. I took it to Vessell Trim instead and they did an excellent job! Please choose a different upholstery business unless you want to deal with this type of customer service!
