It's very sad & disappointing that this business who we chose to buy this very expensive gown from would be so poorly ran.
The staff is very unprofessional. They are not friendly or courteous to their customers. The staff was very disorganized and acted like a bunch of irresponsible teenagers.
My daughter came to pick up her prom dress that we paid $469 for that the staff literally waded up and stuffed into a plastic bag like something from the Goodwill.
Absolutely no help. Then every dress was torn and very poor quality
Took extra time even after closing!
I called to speak with the manager of the store to let them know about our disappointing experience and I was even more disappointed in her negative attitude and was given lots of excuses.

I have never written a negative review for any business but I feel I must say something about the terrible experience my daughter and I had at this store with the very unprofessional, immature staff and the poor quality dress we received.
***Update***the owner of Paparazzi just reached out & contacted me to resolve our situation. She's a wonderful person and was very disappointed to hear about our bad experience but she went out of her way to make it right!
Extremely attentive customer service
Very poor service. Had to ask them to show me my sizes, had to return to the counter to have them open a changing room and didn't see them after that.
Their staff was super helpful, and they really wanted to help me find the perfect dress!
This was my first and only and most definitely my last visit to this store.
Her dress had a couple of flaws that she pointed out to the staff at the time of the sale and she was told by the staff at that time that they would repair the two items (hook & eye on the neck and the hanging beads would be sewn back on and corrected). Sadly, neither of the items were completed on the day we were told to come back to pick up the dress, which was several days later.
