Excellent choice for lunch with great food and a terrific waitress. Even though I was there at noon on Free Pie Wednesday, I was seated in two minutes and waited upon almost immediately by a friendly, cheerful and efficient waitress. I had soup, rolls and a drink in record time, followed by a huge dish if chicken pot pie. There was so much food, I had to take my pie to go.
Highly UPSET with my visit. On last Sunday around 1:00 PM, Waiter was nice, food was horrible, and to top it off the MANAGER on duty and approached me and asked me if my dog "was a service dog" which he is in training, and didn't feel like she needed to talk to me the way she did in front of my server, and said dogs we not aloud. She made me feel very embarrassed, and made me feel like I was an intrusion with my device dog. By federal law, businesses aren't allowed to ask me to prove my dog is a service animal. If the public has access to it, then so do my service dog, and I.
We loved O'Charley's! We got a table right away and were waited on promptly. The food was excellent and the prices amazing! We will be back!
Super fantastic food. Everyone is so friendly and ready to make your dinning experience something to remember.
One of only two tables in bar area and service was slow. Waitress was great. But salad had bad avocado ( brown) on it. People next to us got food same time as salads. Bar tender was absent most of time. Not a great experience on a Sunday evening.
